One Man Arrested, Another Man Cited

On Friday July 31, 2020 around 8:30AM Deputy Denise Huber and Sheriff Scott Montgomery responded to #9 Linus Lane in Perryville to a disturbance call. Upon arrival Sheriff Montgomery made contact with Raymond Stoner and Jennifer Stoner. Deputy Huber made contact with Jason Robertson.   Robertson stated that Raymond had attacked him. After the initial assault Robertson chased the Stoners off his property with a knife. Raymond Stoner was cited with Battery 3rd Degree, and Robertson was transported to the Detention Center, fingerprinted, and cited for Assault 1st Degree. Both subjects were released due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time regarding housing inmates in the Detention Center.
