Traffic stop leads to drug arrest of two Houston subjects. Joseph Bradley Wyles and Jessica Constantine of Houston were traveling on State HWY 113 North of Houston when Deputies observed erratic driving and initiated a traffic stop.
The driver, Wyles was driving on suspended drivers license. During a pat down search, a nylon pouch containing six plastic baggies containing meth residue and marijuana was found in his jacket pocket.
The passenger and owner (Constantine) of the car stated that a jar of Marijuana was in the vehicle. A K-9 search was performed on the vehicle and a jar of Marijuana was found in the rear floorboard behind the passenger's seat. Two syringes were found under the driver's seat. Under the passenger's seat was two bags of Meth.
Both subjects was transported to the Perry County Detention Center and charged with Possession of Methamphetamines, Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, and an open container.
