Sheriff’s Office took several incident reports and made several arrest the last week of April and the first weekend of May.
April 25, 2019 Deputies responded to Casa area in reference to violation of a no contact order, victim only wanted a report taken.
April 27, 2019 Deputies responded to Casa area in reference to a domestic battery call. Upon arrival Deputies was told that Christopher Smith (36 yrs old) had choked and hit his girlfriend numerous times. The victim had an abrasion on her forehead and several knots on the back of her head. Smith fled from the residence but was later arrested and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree.
April 27, 2019 Deputies responded to Bigelow to take a report of a Residential burglary. The case is being investigated by Chief Deputy Bill Finley. No further details can be released at this time.
May 2, 2019, Deputies arrested Randy Beavers (30yrs old) of Morrilton. Deputies noticed the subject and his wife were arguing on East County Line Road. After making contact, Beavers had warrant out of Conway County. As incident to arrest a search of suspect found that he had a marijuana substance in his pocket and a open container of whiskey in his vehicle. Beavers was cited for drinking on the highway and turned over to Conway County on their warrant.
On May 4, 2019 Deputies observed a grey Jeep Cherokee driving erratically on state Hwy 113 in Bigelow. The driver Christopher Pitre (23 yrs old) of Sulphur, Louisiana was driving on a suspended license. During a pat down of the driver found a syringe was found on his person, the syringe contained a liquid residue that is believed to be Methamphetamines. Pitre was charged with driving left of center, driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and possession of an instrument of a crime.
On May 4, 2019 at approximately 12:57 AM Deputies responded to a prowler call in Adona. Upon arrival they made contact with a white female parked in a pick-up matching the description of the suspects vehicle. The driver was laying in the seat and when the Deputy made contact with her he observed drug paraphernalia in the seat she was sitting in. 21 year old Diana Presnull was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
On May 5, 2019nDeputies was dispatched to Perry to a trespassing call. Upon arrival they met with Jacob Mahan 20 year old was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication.
