Kidnapper arrested

On Monday, November 26, 2018, Sheriff Montgomery received a phone call form Detective Nevels of Henderson Sheriff’s Department in Henderson, Kentucky.

Det. Nevels stated that his agency had a report that Lillyanne Caraway of Henderson, Kentucky was kidnapped on November 24, 2018 from Henderson, Kentucky by a Dominique Williams. Det. Nevels stated that Lillyanne had contacted family and told them that she was brought to 1961 Hwy 60 East, Houston, AR.

Upon arrival of that address Sheriff Scott Montgomery and Cpl. Kevin Growns made contact with Lilliyanne and she did state that she was kidnapped and brought to the address where she was at. When asked where her kidnapper was, she said he was at work. Cpl. Growns and Sheriff Montgomery spoke to the landlord and he advised that the tenant who lived there worked in Conway, but he wasn’t familiar with Dominique Williams. That information lead them to Williams’ work as well.

Caraway and her two children, a 3 month old and a 3 year old were removed from that residence and taken to a safe house. Later that evening 28 year old Dominique Williams of St. Paul, Minnesota was arrested in Conway for warrants that Sheriff Montgomery and Cpl. Growns had gotten on him, he is being charged with Kidnapping (Class Y Felony), Terroristic Threatening (Class D Felony), and Battery 3rd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor), he is being held in the Perry County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
