Perry Man Arrested For Criminal Mischief

Perry resident Derek McGhee was arrested for spray painting graffiti on the Little Rock Western Rail Road. Mr. McGhee was seen by an eye witness leaving the Rail Road on 11/6/16 around 5:30 PM with spray paint cans in his hands, also there was “Derek Ray McGhee” spray painted on one of the rail road cars.

McGhee was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, a class C Felony and a Criminal Trespassing, a class C Misdemeanor. Deputy Cathy Byrd was the Investigating Deputy on the case.
