Acting on an anonymous tip Sheriff Montgomery asked, Chief Investigator John Nichols of the Perry County Sheriff’s Department and A.S.P. Special agent Scott Luter to look in to suspicious activity at a residence on German lane near west Thompson. While in the area the caller advised the officers that the vehicles were still at the residence. Inv. Nichols and S/A Luter observed a vehicle towing a trailer loaded with household items pulling out of a driveway where no one lived.  The Officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle; and the occupants admitted to taking the items. It was confirmed, the suspects did not have permission to do so and all three were placed in custody August 15, 2013.


Christopher Meadows of Adona, AR. Was charged with Theft of Property and Breaking and Entering.  Bond is set at $5,000.00.


Teresa Wilson of Vilonia, AR. Was arrested and charged with Theft of Property and Breaking and Entering.  Bond is set at $5,000.00


Grant Clements of Vilonia, AR., was arrested and charged with Theft of Property, Breaking and Entering and Criminal use of Prohibited Weapon.  Bond is set at $10,000.00.


All three still remain in Detention Cent
